Question Reverse Light Wire on Console?

I am trying to find out which wire illuminates the 'R' on the console. I need it to send a 'reverse' signal for my backup camera at the Pioneer head unit.

Do you have a TC-SST console wiring diagram?

The wiring diagram (for standard lancer with CVT :P was all I could find) for the backup lights shows a 'brown' wire from the shifter assembly 'R' switch - but I do not see a brown wire. The large gauge brown wire running under the shifter (to the rear) is 12VDC constant. [shrug] There are two brown wires to the console light assembly and neither of those work for me.

I have been also using a meter to figure it out - to no avail... No 12VDC or ground 'changes' when I put the shifter in reverse...

I used a ESky[tm] wireless kit and although the reverse light wire (white) at the bulb powers the transmitter, I still need a nother 'reverse' signal closer to the headunit.

My OEM headunit was a non/RF standard bpx o' crap. The new one is Pioneer AppRadio.
