Cvt --> sst ?
I don't think I've seen anyone attempt that kind of swap as of yet so I wouldn't even know where to begin except say at minimum you would need an Evo X MR ECU, SST Transmission, SST Cooler, and all supporting parts. Sourcing working used parts with labor you are looking at a $6-$8k project and then you still have a 2.4L Lancer for a power plant. My personal recommendation is to look at an Evo X MR or Ralliart that already have a working SST transmission if you want to go that route.

I'd have to agree with HiBoost, you can pick up used MR's and Ralliart's for cheap.
Since your in ON I'd just go on Kijiji and look for a high mileage one and fix any issues it has. I just looked and there's a bunch in the GTA for cheap.
