MUT + SST + Relearn

Can any other device do the Relearn on the SST other than the MUT.

Was interested in buying a Thinkdiag2 or such.

Tactrix Cable can with PassThruCan or EvoScan 3.1 softwares.

I went to a shop to do the Fluid and relearn 3.5hrs away. They worked on my Evo previously so I trust them. Here is to more fun miles in the Evo...
