I have some kits put together, but I dont really run "specials" on them. The kits are already discounted below our normal internet pricing so you could really consider them 'special' priced.

Go HERE to see what we offer.

I ordered your Gates Evo8 Timing belt kit. On your website it states that shipping is free, but I got charged $58.72 for shipping in handling when I placed the order. The order was under the name Curtis Kubick. That is not my name it is my room mates, but I am confused as to why I was charged shipping. Please advise. Also I was wondering why this kit doesn't come with the timing belt tensioner tool, is it not necessary with this kit?

Thanks,

Philip K. Woodell

Ill be back in the office tomorrow - PM me your order number and I will look into it. We remove the shipping prior to your actually being shipped. If the order goes through on Mondays when Im not there sometimes it gets missed by my co-workers, but we usually fix it immediately. Either way, lets make sure.

The timing belt tools are sold separately because not everyone wants to buy one, some people make their own. We have them on the site for purchase.

Thanks for the quick reply. I really just want to make sure I get them by friday or Saturday as I have a lift I can use then. I just found out the original owner never did this service and my car has 76K on it. I am terrified of it failing but have nothing else to drive...

Thanks again,

Phil

STMtuned.com has the complete kit for $499, that was the best price I found until I found that RussellM has them for less. Also IPSmotorsports.net has them for $375 with accessory belts (dosnt include balancer belt, idler and ballancer pulleys though)

+1 RussellM and mitsubishiparts.net have the best deal for your 60k mile service. Love the kit with the gates belts. Cheaper than buying everything seperate.
