This is just a short pigtail that the bulb actually goes into.

I guess it all depends on where your short is and what harness you actually want/need. This is for the 3rd Brake Light - I guess you didnt say that. Im not sure what I was thinking there.

So what harness do you need...specifically?

Im not exactly sure what harness it is atm havent had the time to pull it apart yet. But so far ive replaced bulbs, brake switch, light assembly and fuses. All I can say is my right light is way brighter then left when it does work. I even put higher amp fuses in to see if they would blow same thing. Idk how many harnesses their are but im guess ima need brake swith back and start from there.

Have you double checked to see if you are running the correct bulb? It sounds like it may be pulling too much power and causing your fuse to blow.

ill replace the bulbs once more and or pull them and see if they are right may have picked up the wrong bulb. sorry i do eletrical at work all the time easy to over think things. if its not the bulbs i'll go throu and check all the grounds and see if a wire is frayed or grounded out somewhere it isn't suppose to.

Well when I disconnect all the brake lamps the fuse blows, I did a continity check on the brake switch its still good. Which leads me to.believe the wiring is bad from switch to the lamps
