Unwilling to help a customer. I wouldn't order from them again.

Well I guess I just want to make a quick summary for those of you interested in how we are "unwilling to help a customer."

The customer above ordered a Whiteline EVO X rear swaybar, and claims to have received an empty box. As we drop shipped this item from a whiteline warehouse we advised the customer to contact UPS and file a claim as only the shipper or recipient can do so and we were simply a third party in this particular scenario. The following is the conversation that took place:

3:08:35 PM) Adam At MAP the only thing to do is call UPS with your tracking number that is on the box and file a claim.
(3:10:24 PM) LiNn bOi i'm not making a claim
(3:10:34 PM) LiNn bOi i want a refund or the sway bar asap
(3:11:07 PM) LiNn bOi this is not my problem
(3:11:47 PM) LiNn bOi do i need to chargeback ? or can you make this right for a paying customer
(3:11:49 PM) LiNn bOi ?
(3:12:01 PM) LiNn bOi >
(3:13:24 PM) LiNn bOi How do you want to do this ?
(3:13:31 PM) LiNn bOi The hard way ?
(3:13:58 PM) Adam At MAP If you file a claim with UPS you can get reimbursed because the package was insured for the full amount.
(3:14:12 PM) LiNn bOi I'm gonna chargeback !
(3:16:01 PM) LiNn bOi I'm charging back
(3:16:22 PM) LiNn bOi fu*k you very much
(3:16:43 PM) Adam At MAP Alright, copied this conversation. Thank you, have a nice day.
After this conversation, he called our shop and tried asking one of my guys for a refund. Once I picked up the phone he continued to talk over the top of me when I was trying to explain the easiest way to file a claim with UPS. This conversation ended.

He called back a second time, this time I made it perfectly clear that we were unwilling to help him because of the way he swore at me and another employee and he was to take up the issue with UPS. This conversation ended very professionally on this part with a very high pitched "FU*K YOUUUUUU, MOTHERFU*KER!"

For someone that is somewhat in the same industry as us, you would have thought there would be more professionalism and understanding on his part. I'm sure if he shipped a motor to a customer and his customer claimed to have received an empty pallet, he would direct them to the freight company as well. - http://www.jdmenginesinc.com/shop/
