I've placed a single order worth more than 3K and was delayed for more than a week and i am not located in USA. This is not the 1st purchase i did and a few more upcoming orders too.

Didn't even pick the phone up yet ! Only friendly chats over AIM bugging guys over @ MAP HAHAHA ! while projects are halted & being chased everyday in & out by my customers over here.

Whats wrong with this guy ? No offense to the OP but chill out man, I'm sure MAP are willing to help out.

I recently ordered a set of Tein Mono Flex coilovers from MAPerformance, about 2 weeks ago, and after waiting a week for any info, I contacted them only to find out they couldn't make the promised delivery to me due to Tein not keeping up their delivery commitment.

I spoke with Bill Tschida about this and he made it all good! He got these out to me as promised and in a timely manner. These guys really do a great job with their commitments. You cannot ask for anything better, especially when they almost always eat the shipping cost. Bill got these out to me via FedEx on Wednesday for Saturday delivery.
