maperformance is like the newegg of the automotive industry.. shipping is always extremely fast and 99% of the things they sell is in stock at all times with almost unbeatable prices. Very good customer service also.

This quote is so accurate its not even funny. I get the same vibe, and i use newegg almost exclusively for computer components.

reviewing my last purchase with map-

yes there prices/customer service are great. I had purchased a mini battery kit but it was outsourced from jmfab ( fyi not stocked at map ), and then jmfab sent me a completly dead/defective battery. It was a bad fiasco and wasted alot of my time trying to get it replaced. I ended up having to eat the cost of shipping it back.

next time i make a parts order with anyone i willl think twice if the parts are not in house and have to be aquired from a third party

I'm currently in the midst of my 3rd order from them. Great customer service! I'm currently working with Chris Casey selling him a part while he sells me a part. Not many companies will work with you like they are. It builds better customer respect and I thank them for it!

Was really torn on what to buy and from where. Once I finally narrowed it down to ETS goodies, I couldnt decide whether to buy it straight from ETS or give MAPerformance a shot. I was browsing the site and decided to click on Live chat.. it connected me straight to Adam who honestly was the deciding factor in where to purchase.

Adam is just a really cool cat who is passionate about what he does and is good at it. He will go above and beyond to help you out. By far the best part ordering experience I've ever had, and if the other MAP employees are half as good, it will be the same for you.
