Ordered a bunch of parts from MAP last month and they all arrived pretty quickly, Nate has been awesome and has really helped with my X build and turbo newbie questions. Will be ordering a turbo and possibly under tray soon.

Thank YOU for posting up the pictures. The only problem, now, is...if you are going to leave it there to stare at...you are going to have to buy another to install in the car! HAHAHA

I would also like to partake In this thread about my turbo.

I bought an ef3 a while ago and have had issues with it I talked with nate got a trouble ticket (took about 10min to get a response from bill) sent the turbo off. A miscommunication lead to what would have been only a week or 10days lead to a bit longer but the entire time bill emailed me kept me posted (turned out a pin in the housing bent causing something in the housing to spin and lose preload) they covered it under warranty without any questions asked I didn't have to pay a penny

A few days went by and I got an unfortunate email saying it might take longer due to them not having a part for it. This car is my daily driver and only car I emailed bill letting him know i really needed this turbo so I can get back on the road an not have to rent anymore cars. So they pulled a new turbo they had in stock and fixed mine and now to even add gravy they overnighted it to me I'll have it tomorrow

I really can't say thank you enough to the guys at map for all there help and even when I was quite upset due to it taking much longer then expected they really stepped up and made things right I'm so happy with the service I was provided with, and I can't wait to get back in the car thank you so much again guys

Also Ive seen ppl worry about how warrantys are upheld map really stands by there warrenty like I said they fixed the turbo all under warranty I'm very pleased in the long run that everything was taken care of in a very professional matter

Ps if you call map you can be very upset but the second you hear the hold music ( Mario brothers you can't help but laugh haha no annoying elevator music there) haha

I'm just glad everything was worked out to your satisfaction. The move to the new facility has our turbo program, including warranty work, a little slower than we would normally like it but we are doing everything in our power to get caught up to our normal turn around time.

Figure I'd better give credit, where credit is due.

Throughout my rather long history of Evo-ing, I've searched high and low for good part prices and service.

I also have a strong hatred for paying state sales tax, which is around 9% in NY. Lame.

I have placed quite a few orders through MAP, from engine bearings to torque plates; MAP has served me well. Shipping, service, and pricing has always been top notch. I've even called their shop for engine building advice and they were more than happy to lend a hand! I just placed an order for TOMEI Pro-cam 280's and the price was more than excellent. I am excited to receive these cams for my build, and I'm sure they will come shortly.

Thanks guys!

Thumbs up

We have a shootout at the racetrack this saturday, during dyno session clutch started to slip, so I decided to contact Nate to see if he can handle us a clutch with overnight shipping to Puerto Rico, clutch arrived today just in time to get installed for the shootout.

I think I annoyed Nate with pm's, emails, calling him but he replied everything and helped me to get the parts in a rush.

Thanks Nate, for a pleasant transaction and a great customer service.

Edil
