Would a tune be necessary with the intake manifold and throtte body upgrade ? Do you also have polishing services ?

In terms of the ideal, yes. In order to ensure your fuel trims are perfect, and knowing how much impact the manifold has on airflow, I would still recommend a tune. The TB itself may not merit a reflash, but the manifold adds some serious power (we have seen anywhere from 40+whp on stock turbo cars, and over 80+whp on highly modified setups) so you should always play it safe!

my next two items are a TB and a Intake mani. With the current mods listed in my sig what would be my best choice in set up. I was thinking about rev3 and the fullblown 70mm tb but my goal is to get around 600whp and the torque close to that. i would like to kill spool up as well. once i get these done to the car i would also be adding the thermal spacers for both.

Looking at a few different ported intake mani options - so I can get JUST the ported intake mani (no throttle body changes or anything else) and it'll still make good power?

Any issues in terms of drivability, idle etc? And I'm assuming all the sensors and etc will be fine? Thanks

Absolutely no driveability issues from this service sir, and gains depend on your setup but they're there with or without a TB upgrade. However, if you're considering our Rev3 service we're giving away a free Full Blown 70mm throttle body at the moment

I actually purchased the MAP Rev2 along with a Mil-Spec 65mm throttle body.

If you're doing a ported IM, do the full package and get a ported TB too. Let your car breath man

We did have one customer pick up 70+ from a Rev3, I believe it was a 67mm turbo car.

One of the best investments that I've ever purchased. Nate is the man! My bone stock Evo 9 MR (still on the factory tune) with an exception of intake, full exhaust, intercooler w/ both pipes, mbc (set at stock boost level), and diverter valve put down 303 whp in 3rd gear on a regular dynojet. Slapped the Rev3 ported intake manifold along with 70mm FB throttle body, it picked up additional 11 whp on a slightly worse weather condition. With it tuned on 18-20psi of boost by Omar Crespo at Tampa Bay Tuned, he was able to extract another 18 whp. Made a significant gain in the midrange powerband. I'll have him tune it again at 24-25 psi of boost once I find another functional MBC. Unfortunately,I bought a brand new Hallman Pro RX MBC last 5-6 months ago that went sour during the tune session. Stay tuned in few weeks for more results!
