AMS Drag car at a Road Course!
The car made 185.9whp and 230.4wtq before the 2.5" DP, FMIC, and intake. I know I can nock AT LEAST 2~3secs off that time with a car as composed as an EVO around that track. These tires are way wider(235 vs 205) twice as sticky, the car has more power, more grip, and is more neutral than the passat was. I am going to have to alter my driving style I believe though as I hear 4wds need to be driven differently to extract every bit of speed that you can out of them. I will figure it out once I get out there. I will gaurantee a kick *** lap time though, I have the lines of that track and braking points down to a T. BTW, it looked like the driver of the AMS car sure did have a lot of steering input mid corner. A lot of sawing action. What was the cause of this??
