There's an annual school run jointly by a few chapters of the BMW Club that runs a REALLY nice school on the Nordschlieffe. Some buddies of mine instruct for it and I know a bunch of people that have taken the school. It's done over 3-4 days. They break the track up into 3 sections and you work on one section at a time. Then you put it all together at the end. It's a little pricey (around $2000, IIRC) but it's probably worth it. It would take you years to get really good on that track if you tried to do it on your own. Quality instruction is key.
