VP's website claims "High level of oxygenates may require enriching the fuel mixture". I've used oxygenated leaded fuel in a kart and it did make notiecable more power than the VP110 we normally use. Which particular type are you looking at?

VP MS109 is formulated for 4 bangers with turbos. I liked it, but smelled like nail polish remover!

Hey Tex, I got a 55 gal. drum of it for 325.00 directly from VP. (side note) I lived in Campbell CA, and went to Palmer-West in Sunnyvale!

I loved the gas, it sure was better than the 110 Leaded I was using. more UUUMPH!

that stuff is nice, but you can go down to foxworthy and almaden and get union 76 100 octane at the pump for $4.80/gallon.

How much fuel are you pulling out of the base map when running the VP109?

I have been running streetblaze 103 and its not all that great if you ask me.
