I saw that same Momo hub adapter, and on one site it mentioned that the design of the steering wheel mounting on the Evo changed after '04, and the Momo adapter wouldn't work. I originally thought B.S., but maybe it's actually true.

Edit: Here's where it mentioned the mounting:

http://www.shopmomo.com/6116.html

Let us know what you figure out fits, how much it moves the steering wheel back, and if your solution disables the SRS warning lamp.

So far I haven't seen one post where somebody said "Got X hub adapter, works great!', mainly people just searching for answers.

Nubby, you are right....

I cant remember all the MOMO model numbers I tried but none of them fit our cars.

There are a bunch of threads out there saying that the MOMO hub adapter works, but there are ZERO confirmed fitments, no-one has actually bought one and it worked to the best of my knowledge.

I gave up on the MOMO and ordered the Splash hub adapter from Aspec. Should get it tomorrow and I'll post with pics to show how it fits & works.

I stumbled across these this morning...

Don't know if any of them fit the bill, but they look like an option...
