EVO IX JDM rear bumper

Question:

Can you use the EVO IX JDM rear bumper on vehicles used in different

motorsports?

i.e. Time attack etc.

I remember before reading in the N.A.S.A rule book... that you couldnt remove any

parts like crash bars or beams...

Does that apply to all motorsport events???

thanks

does not exist. If it does, show me the part number.
There is a license plate adapter plate, but that is not a crash beam by any means.

Thats still not a crash beam as it does not exhist. This was already discussed in another thread. The bar in the link is a bumper support that attaches to the bumper. The jdm crash beam has been thought to not exhist because of the lack of info on them.

^^ I second that. The item in the link is a bumper support that attaches to the bumper, not the frame. Keeps it from sagging. Take apart your stock EVO VIII bumper and it will have a similar piece in it.

what ever it is it looks like a crash beem or at least you can tell them that. i would think that is fine for any type of nasa event. I have been to several and they never even look at the car. its a trust thing which is nice in motor sports ussually in SCCA they would want u to take ur car apart and prove it. we dont run any crash beams in our car but they have cages.
