track time
Usually with some elbow grease you can get the tire marks on the front of your car off. Get some WD40 and then wax.
I track my car alot and can get those off no problem.
With the track time question, maybe just participate more often with different clubs to get your track time in?

It's holding up great everywhere except for the underside of my stock front lip. That area has been scratched up a lot ever since I put on the race suspension due to the car being lower.
just use painter's tape (you know, that blue tape that doesn't leave goo). just apply on the front of the car where most of the damage happen and peel off once you get home.
the added plus is that you don't have to clean the covered area (like you would if you got a clear bra) you'll find that clear bra works good on some colors but is obvious and looks bad on other colors.

Your head is jammed. You get a minimum of 2.5 hours track time per day at SpeedVentures, RedlineTrackEvents (HPDE, not Time Attack) and OpenTrackRacing. And it has been my experience that you can get more if you just ask in the afternoon, as traffic subsides.
