Congrats to EvoRevo for his blistering run at yesterday's AutoX. On the stock Advan tires he managed to have the 17th fastest time out of 125 cars, beating many cars on race tires. Needless to say he took AS by a healthy margin over a shiny new STi.
Myself and Zeus managed to pin down 2nd and 3rd in novice class, with me losing to a 350Z by 0.016 seconds after the PAX. Our times were good enough to give us 2 & 3 if we ran in AS instead of novice, too.
Another good weekend for the Evos.

I'd bet those Z06s were wearing some real wide expensive race rubber too. That is awesome. With race tires, It wouldn't be too difficult to pile 4 people in their and go run some fast laps. Now that's reall y embarrasing to the single occupant cars you lap..

I was thinking of heading up to one of the SBH events at TMS after seeing Mister2zx3's thread on it. Not sure when, but it sounds like a good amount of track time for the $$$.

Hey thanks guys, just noticed this thread...damn I work too much. Evo's ran some great times, I have to give it up to my friend Tony in the 350 as well, also a good time. I was dying for some race rubber out there though...

I'm milking the novice class for all that I can. I need some hardware for my mantle. I've had a 15th, 1st, and then two 2nds. So it's not like I'm totally smoking everyone else.
If I moved over to AS I'd have to deal with you and Rafal! I'm thinking of going over to Tire class. Maybe next season I'll run AS and get some race rubber and stuff. I guess we'll see.

That is true, either way get as many events under your belt as possible, seeing a lot of different courses is key. Makes you a much better experianced driver. You are doing well, I see much potential in you young paduwan
