24 Hours of LeMons
We are back and made it in one piece! The Mitsubeasty did amazingly well and we ended up placing 15th out of a field of over 80. We probably could have done even better if it we had taken it a little more seriously running longer stints with fewer driver changes, but where's the fun in that. Despite getting pretty beat up, both car and drivers, we kept running the whole way and had a blast the entire time. There are plenty of videos up on YouTube of this years and last years events, and a ton of pictures up on flicker.

WORKS was generous enough to let me co-drive the Mitsubeastie Lancer De-Evolution at the 24 Hours of LeMons. It was probably the most fun I've ever had with my pants on. I blogged the whole thing at Fear the Beard. I also have a full gallery of the event up there, so check it out.
Thanks again to WORKS for some serious fun.
I talked to one of the guys on the team on sunday morning, he explained the
history of the car and what not. He was super cool and we had a good laugh.
Your car was a favorite of mine, you guys drove like maniacs but we never
had any issue with you guys. For sure a crazy event that we all did just
for fun and will never do again.

Hey Kolin,
It was great racing with you guys. The event was much better than we anticipated. The Beasty just kept going and going and it was the drivers that were tired, not the car. In fact, a few whacks with a mallet and the car is ready for the next one. We will be back! More protection for the Beasty and H2O for the drivers are in order to make us even more competitive.
Thanks for the kind words and maybe we will see you back in the next event.
Cheers,
OS
And Nils, good to hear from you, how's life treating you?
