good road race turbo that nets 450-500awhp on pump?

FP green on the stock 2.0 would be the best set up for you. My friend is running it on his stock motor with stock ecu and makes 450whp on 100 octane..
I'm running a 3076 on a 2.3L and it makes 525 whp on 100 octane, but I have also had to do a lot more work than just building the motor and buying the turbo.
