VIR is going to crack down on drivers attire much more so than at NJMP... Long pants and long shirts are required. Fire Suit or fire pants & jacket for Modified is necessary, per our 2008 rules.

 

I have been considering to time attack and autox events once i get a 5spd car.

I will be there friday night should be a great event.

This is my second trip to VIR in two weeks it is a great track and area.

I'd bring my Evo but I'm under funded and over worked so itsnotgonnahappen.

 

ill be there this year and i considered running the beginner street but im still so tein S-Techs and havent had time to finish all my brake upgrades... None the less i did sign up to drive the **** out of the STi in the Track attack thing that is free... FYI if you want cheap tickets to this weekend use the promo code GTL08 on the ticket website for 20$ 3 day passes...

 

Oh that sucks Alex, I was hoping your evo was going to run. The car is so Fing badass! Good luck anyways with the 240 and sti.

I almost decided to go down and run my s13, but it was just too short of notice to get off work.

 

I'd love to make it but I've gotta use the weekend to work on my lancer to have it ready for Summit the following weekend.

 

I'll be there but not running. The car still hasnt recovered from Summit. i'll be up there with my daily though (GG IX MR). Hope to see some of you there.

well, after today's time attack i'm 3rd overall in street class and 2nd in AWD class. 1st is 365whp (mustang dyno) 06sti ran 53.435 then 450whp srt-4 53.696 and me 53.706. We'll see what tomorrow brings. But need to do more adjustment

Last year AWD and overall winner ran 53.816
