I will definitely be there and my dad and a friend will be doing the service saturday for a friends subaru

EDIT: I know this is an "all tarmac rally", but how are the roads to and from the stages is it a paved tarmac or more like gravel? I go to the Maine forest rally (NEFR) every year and it's very much gravel, rock and off road up there....just wondering if I should bring the car with the summer rims or stock rims w/ winters. Thanks

Transit roads is all tarmac as well, no worries. All you really have to worry about is the weather- wet, dry, freezing rain, sand from the plows in the winter getting pulled out at the corners and such LOL.

Glad to see an Audi in Prduction AWD. Love the Subie vs Evo thing but nice to see some variety too! The team with the ex WRC focus is being coy now so I'm not sure if they are running it or some other Open AWD car.

I'll still have my winters on too just in case. Last year the first stage we worked had an inch of slushy snow on it. We were at flying finish so it made watching the drivers try to stop before the finish after they passed us very interesting.

I won't be driving my old Audi or Evo 8, but I will make the trip to support Rally New York and the Evolution community. I may bring a bunch of spare parts in my van to sell if the need occurs from any Evo teams.

Thats a fellow that i race hillcimbs with in the Audi. He also has a bad **** world challange Audi that i've battled with before. I might just have to come and support him and his Audi for the weekend. Altho i'll be behind the in reality.

Lower rate IF you marshal.

Last year was the first year the spring running was all tarmac. The year before it was a mixed event. Now they run tarmac in the spring and a gravel event in the Fall.
