I think you made a good decision... the whole wing vs wingless thing is really an opinion based thing. Like someone else said... if going wingless is going to increase your trap speed, its an added benefit. I disagree with the wingless comment about making the car look ugly. Wingless Evos look funny if they are not lowered. If your car is lowered then going wingless makes the car look better in my opinion.

Again if you take the functional aspect of it, its a matter of personal taste.

I am also on the fence of going wingless with the same Rexpeed trunk spoiler. Sleeper look FTW!

whoa, crazy i guess ill be keeping my wing off then..lol. but i dont think 3m double sided tape is gonna hold up 175+ on the rexpeed carbon wing.

 

thanks for all you input! Danny, I dont think the carbon spoiler is going to do much, is more of a finishing touch on a wingless trunk IMO. But just like a M6, M3 they just have a little spoiler on the end.

 

yep. i would stick with a evo 8 wing like everyone esle said. your car look good with the stock wing, the apr is just too DAMN big imo. but which ever you decide your car will look good either way.
