Just went through a divorce and I aint gonna lie... times have been tough, but im turning this around & making into a positive thing. At first I was going to sell the car but then I decided it would be better to keep it after all the trouble Ive gone through to get it where its at. And ironically the car is partially why im divorced... sooooo.. i guess it makes sense to keep it.

James Reese is a good friend. He offered to help me sort out some issues with the car, knowing the tough times I was going through.. for this I cant thank him enough. It also happens that James is a MASTER with the evo's.. keeping it simple & effective. He took the HKS fcon Vpro off the car & tuned it all on OEM ecu with MAF.

He ended up getting 414awhp on his 'heart breaker' mustang dyno at 26psi on e85... he estimates this is about 495awhp on a dynojet.

Car is solid, all lil issues are resolved and we should be testing this upcoming weekend with his red car too.. should be ALOT of fun adn maybe I'll be able to get a lil incar video of me & jeremy playin' around on the track

If anyone in San Diego or Socal needs Evo work.. none better than Reese Tuning, period.

btown soccer... car was having a bunch of lil bs issues like fuel leaks, oil leaks, rattling sounds, boost isssues etc.... all taken care of.

Sorry to hear about your Divorce! I haven't been on here much in the last 2 years, as I went thru a divorce too! I got full custody of my 3 little ones, so I don't have much time to get back in the car scene yet. This site wouldn't be the same without you here! Good to hear you still kept the car! I just sold my cusco sway bar I got from you a few years ago we all survive divorces, and the next one to come along, is always a better one anyway.

nils, besides the fact that i have the utmost respect for your car and your driving, your spirit is something that cant be replaced. I am currently going through a tough time as well, i can relate. i am sorry to hear about the rough times but like u said, keep moving forward. learn from the past, and what doesnt kill us makes us stronger.

Great to hear that you're alright. Very good thing that you're all positive about it. Sad that car had to ruin married life for you. I can somewhat relate to this as my previous car did cause a lot of problems in my and wife's life, fortunately we did take care of it (and that's why I have an evo now ).
