Probably some cut slicks or something along those lines. Who knows may not even be Toyo Tires just like that car runs a nissan motor

Class rules for Time Attack dictated tires with a treadwear over 140, just like Formula Drift rules. PPIHC does allow for grooving tires and I can confirm that his tires had extra cuts in them to aid with traction on the dirt.
