Elsewhere in the world, Evos seem to be preferred over STIs ... but here in the U.S., Subaru has contingency money, plus a parts truck with parts at cost at all national events, whereas Mitsu offers nothing similar for Evo rally competitors in the U.S., hence the proliferation of STIs over Evos in the U.S.

I think if both rally drivers, as well as spectators were to push hard petitions to Mitsubishi, maybe things might change.

im soo happy , after Rally Catalunya WRC /Spain/ event when, my friend who run the group N Evo IX , firts time ever WRC event and he won it /also beat some WRC cars/

After that success, other Hungarian guy sneaked out to another WRC event, this time
WRC Bulgaria.
Also first event and WRC race , he drove a Peugeot WRC car and finished 8th
If you think about it , only the factory backed up cars could beat him....And just look the names behind him. Not first timers for sure

Awesome !
finally the Huns start slowly going out to different country to run they cars.

im soooo happy:

"results:
1. Loeb/Elena Citroën C4 WRC 3:02:39,2
2. Sordo/Marti Citroën C4 WRC +29,5
3. P. Solberg/Mills Citroën C4 WRC +36,3
4. Ogier/Ingrassia Citroën C4 WRC +1:55,0
5. Hirvonen/Lehtinen Ford Focus RS WRC +3:17,8
6. Latvala/Anttila Ford Focus RS WRC +4:28,5
7. Andersson/Andersson Ford Focus RS WRC +5:25,2
8. Turán/Zsíros Peugeot 307 WRC +7:04,0 --------- <
9. Wilson/Martin Ford Focus RS WRC +9:28,6
10. H. Solberg/Minor Ford Fiesta S2000 +13:05,8"
