can anyone tell me where I can buy one of these little mounts for under the front of the seat?

I cannot find any specifically being sold for Evo 9.

I'd like to minimize my risk of losing my baby.

Since then i leaned toward a full system.

edit: forgot I have a youtube video of it!

I fully agree. The last thing I want to add to my scramble to get out of the car after unstrapping and finding the door handle is leaning the other direction to unstrap a bottle, pull the pin, and spray. A dedicated system that I can smash a button as a climb out is more my cup of tea. Plus you can have it routed to the engine bay.

Full system is best for engine fire, you also want a handheld in the cabin, I keep mine in the back behind the rear pillar...should probably move it as it requires to get out of the car and open the back door. Not convenient when an actual fire occurs..

Thanks. I have the wrong car for a track day machine (GSR SSL) and no cage, but that's a nice solution for someone who does.

yours didn't come with mounting bracket? Hm.. I'm sure you can just order one separate from omp.

I haven't got anything yet, but I don't think the generic mount is going to bolt under the seat rails, I think that is a separate piece.

SFI or FIA rated if your going with a full system. SPA makes a great little system called multi-flo and it's refillable/serviceable at multiple outlets. Handheld wise go with a Halon like this one:

From this you can make your own mounting tabs. If you prefer bling you can opt for some Brey mounts, at which point your spending as much as a full system. However small price for peace of mind.

There are some universal brackets out there, http://www.bkauto.com/R_9540_Fire_Ex...t_p/r-9540.htm

I only made one batch of these back when time attack was cool and they required it.

Minus Previous, can you PM me with the name of that mount? I know I have searched it before, they make a good camera mount too, but my brain is failing me now.

Cheers and TIA
