Looking for some sample data files for GPS/Data acquisition
I've decided to throw down for one of the various GPS track/lap timers and data loggers that are out there.
I'm looking at:
G2x or IQ3
DL1
Traqmate
I've downloaded all the software from each vendor and am now looking for some good sample files. If you have sample data files you can send me or point me to, especially from West coast tracks like, Infineon, Thunderhill, Laguna Seca, etc... let me know.
Cheers

Here's a thread I started about this topic a few years ago. And one with lots of discussion of data.

I have files from Pacific Raceways and Portland if you want them for Traqmate.

Thanks... I read both of your threads earlier - thus Traqmate is on my short list
If you could send me your traqmate files that would be sweet.

If you are looking for an inexpensive solution, you can give the Android app "Trackmaster" a try. It is pretty sweet and also is being actively developed, so you can make suggestions and have a good chance of getting them included in the software.

I'm in the market too. Seems the sofware is much better on traqmate, but IQ3 has a legitimate dash, and allows more expansion. I would've bought iq3 but missed out on a used one. now the 400 dollar difference has me thinking again.
also iq3 has 20 hz gps

Traqmate has an awesome "Share and Compare" website to grab example data:

Best thing ever. You will be blown away at what you get for $8. I'll post a new thread in the next couple months reviewing some brakes and I'll include a trackmaster plug as well. All I can say is give it a try, truly amazing.
