I would like to introduce GT Track Days to the forum.

It's that time of year to plan your summer track schedule. Registration is now open for June 11 & 12 at Road America. Experience one of the worlds best road courses with GT Track Days.

What's with the 5 minutes missing between run groups I've never seen that at any event before? 13 X 5 = over an hour of track time gone.

The five minutes is to clear the track. This way you get your actual 25 minutes. At Road America the checker is shown at start/finish and cars exit at turn five. With 4.048 miles of track it can take a few minutes. Most groups at RA do schedule time between run groups.
