I've only got 27K on my 06 Evo, never been tracked, never hit a curb and the driver side front bearing went bad. It made all kinds of noise when making a right turn. Got it replaced under warranty.

My rear bearing went bad this year after about 300 track days. I run street tires for DE and A6 for TT but only do few laps per session during TT.

I was getting humming sound when I make right turns. Thought it the front bearings and replaced them. The noise was still there, then in replaced the rear bearing and the noise was gone. They can't fell the wobble in the wheels atall when its of the ground and shake by hand. I can see all the grease had come out the bearing after I took it out. I also think its heat related in the rear.

I had to replace rear wheel bearing on the s2000 many times before the front, also heat related since the rear rotors are solid and are often run hotter than the front.

I replace front wheel bearing on a friends evo once and it was frozen to the hub. What a pain.
