Unfortunately, the Evo has not seen a single autox event this year which is a bummer, but hope the car will be back in 100% for 2015.

I would not replace a single part on the car trying to chase down a 1% cross weight change. well within the range of 'normal'.

Thanks Marshall. Those two parts are not getting replaced because we want to chase down the 1%.

During the process, we found out the front wheel bearings have some play and the pillow ball bushing in the control arm is installed incorrectly (the markings are not aligned according to the FSM). So instead of having the bushing pressed out, I am just going to get a new control arm for that from the factory.

Evo 8 or 9? Might be a good time to change to Evo X lower control arms if that is allowed in your class since you want to replace them anyways? Just a thought...

Evo 9. I wasn't aware that you can use the Evo X arm on the 9. Is there any advantage to it?

UPDATE: New arms with factory bushings are in. This brought down the stiction from 1% to 0.5%. Not sure what else is sticking, but at this point, I think I will leave it as is. The car felt pretty good this weekend at Pocono, but a few more events may tell me if there is any other issue.
