Yes.

Below is a picture of my front tire at the end of last season. Note how the shoe polish has been almost completely scrubbed off.

I have no idea as to why this is happening or whether this is normal .

That's nuts, I'm running 29 PSI or less all around and not rolling past the markers, with OEM sized RE71's

That one was too good to pass...

I am also surprised with those numbers for front of the car. I am able to get down to 34s in the front (28s in the rear) and even at that level wear passes arrows big time.

Here are few pictures of one of my tires:

These tires have about 70 or so runs and got switched 10 runs ago at the beginning of the season.

Picture at the bottom shows the other side that has all the beating from last year and I don't think there are any more arrows to show on that side...

may be something off - my mini's front tires usually end up looking like that, kind of glazed and hard. overworking front tires for sure. alignment? I run 39-40psi in the fronts of the mini's and the tires don't roll, with -0.5 camber

FWIW, none of the venues I run at have the square footage to allow the speeds I commonly see in footage from elsewhere.

Also, only recently (last event) got the Whiteline FSB and revalved billies on the car, so I'm re-learning a car that I already hadn't fully come to grips with.

But yes, driving faster is the name of the game.

I like them a lot, between them and the FSB she's wallowing less, more responsive in slalom sections.
I'll keep y'all posted as I learn more about them.

Anyone here thinking about attending the Match Tour in July?

6 runs on a same course instead of 3 per course sounds very attractive to me.

Just got a set of CIRO brackets and will see if I could install them before the weekend when we have local event. If those two bolts at the top wouldn't be so hard to take off...maybe grinder might need to get in there...

The 2 bolts that mount the bracket to the LCA? If so I think you need to try harder

If I would keep my OEM end-links, than yes, just those two bolts.

But, last time when I tried to swap those for Whiteline ones, top bolts didn't budge. I ended up heating them a bit with lots of penetration fluid before and nothing helped. I bet that top rubber hats are partially damaged after that exposure to heat, so I would like to replace them. That is why grinder might need to be used...

I guess, I could just try to swap the brackets, but even the bottom nut didn't want to come off...which brings me back to grinder...

Not sure I follow. Unless there is a diff between a VIII and X in terms of FSB mounting you've got 2 bolts that hold the bracket and then 2 connections to the end link one on each side. For some reason I think the stock end links are prone to seizing and I had to cut mine off but I didnt care since I pieced together my own end links anyway. So are you planning on getting aftermarket end links as well? I have Rick's bracket too and I think after position #2 new end links are required but the geometry may be slightly diff on your X
