Sorry everyone, for taking a while to get back to this.
here's a quick bit of feedback for anyone who was on the fence.
First some point of reference data; my car is on Ohlins, 8k/10k robispec RSB and Whiteline FSB, restacked rear diff, some chasis braces and bushings here and there. Power output: 500ish whp.
Pre ACD ECU flash good corner turn in, fairly neutral mid-corner lateral push continuing to on-throttle corner exit lateral push. Essentially the majority of my rotation was at corner entry which meant I had to ensure I didn't carry too much speed into the turn. If I did I'd have to sacrifice mid corner and and corner-out throttle imputs.
Post ACD flash I took the same approach and started off slow. Not a huge difference, but I did notice slightly better mid corner rotation. As I added speed the amount of on throttle mid corned rotation improved allowing for less initial turn-in steering input and better corner entry speed.
I'll probably add more as I get more time to play, but I wanted to get this up in case anyone was on the fence, today being the last day of the sale.

thanks - sounds like a relatively marginal improvement for your situation. were you testing on the most, middle, least aggressive setting, or all were tested?

I would say better than marginal. I'm quite pleased with the change in car behavior. This was done first on the "snow" setting, then on "gravel". The results I repored were those observed on "gravel"

Already have the ACD Tuning version. It'll be interesting to see how this ER version differs. My main hope is that it helps my mid corner rotation just a little bit more.

Tested it out recently. It's night and day vs ACD Tuning's version; definitely glad I switched over.

I wonder how different the wiring is between AYC and non AYC evos. I have an AYC equipped evo but ive removed the AYC rear diff and added a cusco LSD. wonder if i can now use a non AYC ecu and do an english racing tune on it.

I think he did and Aaron couldnt work with the AYC computer for some reason. Details are vague, but I recall this being brought up before.

I recall that thread. I don't recall if it was because the guy still had AYC or not
