If you have a costco near you they also have nitrogen and you can just pull up and fill your tires too. I love costco. Yah it would be nitrogen, but then you would have some other additives that make it better air.

is it free? don't care necessarily about the nitrogen bit, but I'm always struggling to find stations with good, free air to fill tires. may have been a joke but I climb at least 10psi if I don't touch the tires at a track day. I like to refill after they've cooled

I fill my tires with about 78% nitrogen, 21% oxygen, and a few trace other elements

No wonder you're so fast! I heard N78 is the best stuff out.

yah its free, you just pull up in front of the bay with the air and fill away. Im pretty sure every gas station has to give you free air if your a paying customer. You just have to go in and ask them to turn it on.

Edit: That might just be a California law so YMMV

If you don't change the air in your tires after each track event, your BBQ's propane tank will run out of gas in the middle of cooking your next ribeye steak. This is a huge problem here in San Diego. I've seen it with my own eyes and it's very sad.

Imagine you could float over corners and burbs, why didn't we think of this before.

Engine Oil: Every event
Coolant: Never, add as needed/ drain when need to pull radiator out. otherwise might consider it every 2nd year
Trans Fluid: every 2 events.
Tcase Fluid: twice a season (3 events then flush)
Rear Diff Fluid: same as Tcase
Brake Fluid: once a year unless it seems off. bleed every event. usually every day
Clutch line: Never unless clutch feels funny
ACD Fluid: never. doesnt do enough work to warrant changing. only flush when it needs a bleed
PS Fluid: Never, add if leaking
