True about top mount being higher. Already have the dry sump with an open port, and thought avoiding the addition of electric pump was a weight saving move. Guess I could consider moving a turbo as low as possible to better weight transfer. Haven’t ran trans temp tests yet, but have read a lot about longevity if you can keep your 4th gear cooler. Why not?

The problem is 4th Gear doesn't get well oiled. And it's weak. A straight cut 4th gear set from TRE and the TRE cooler plate will remedy the 4th gear woes.

You're going to break a lot and often @750 on a track car. Between the RS and ProAwe failures this season alone I don't even want to sniff in the direction of 700.

Probably the smartest advice this year.

But it would be fun while it lasted.

How is your 2.4 holding up to track duty?

I think Pro Awe is on their 2nd or 3rd motor this year and RS blew apart their $15k sequential trans. I'd rather have a lower power car than runs 24/7 than run a couple events a year with high power.

I didnt know RS guys blew up that sequential. Is that why we've been seeing them play with a dogbox?

Andy is signed up for Solo Nats and the only other signed up with an Evo in SM, still unclear which car they'll have for it. Hope its their OLOA car all back and running.

The RS guys have like 5 evos between them. IIRC Ron has dog boxes going into two of his personal evos, I don't know what they're doing with the white one that broke the sequential, and I haven't seen Brandon have any issues with his car which is one of their OLOA cars.

I will talk to Geoff at Full Race and see if he can make a recirculated setup for me.
