brake capliers fading/peeling

how many miles do i have to have to get it warrantied?

since you're not worried about excessive caliper heat you oughta paint em....
several locals have good looking painted calipers and clear coat on top

ill just reclear them if i cant get them replaced.. doesnt really matter

kevins is powder....and i thought it was more than 35k, in fact i know its more than 35k cause mine were replaced after 35k.....its part of the drive train warranty...

hmm okay. i just know thats what don jr told me last time i had mine warrantied

Kevin and I powder coated at the same time at Extreme in Arlington, just east of 360...
he and Denver have a hook-up there from their UTA days...talk to the owner -for their best prices

ya mine are peeled badly need to have them powdercoated... some one pm me who can do this while my car is down now so i can get it done

specialized performance coating inc. 817 274 1947 tell him the chris with the red evo sent ya he does kick @#$ powder coating.He's across from redline in arlington.

brembos

i too just took my calipers to get coated, the guys at the shop told me i had to replace the seals 384 bucks from mits for the seals wtf! the cheapest i could fine them was 300 on ebay. with that said i went with option 2, i re-cleared the brembos with duli-color engine enamel CLEAR they look brand spanking new. there is thread in the how too section check it out for a cheaper route !!! if you do try this use an air compressor air tool to blow off the all the peeling clear coat works so good.
