Need help

Dose anyone have a sander and dose anyone know how to paint it. I am fixing my hood and truck. I am just going to paint it flat black for now till my buddy from ATL comes over in a month with his painting equiment. So if anyone could help let me know i am hoping to start this week on it. He wants it primerd before he gets here.

What? there are alot of rock chips. But I just went an got a sander. And it looks like s*** so I am going have a crapy looking hood for a month.

lol bad stainless painted his whole car flat black, just sand it down with some medium grit paper like 400 if there are paint chips and such, then move onto a finer one like 600 apply rattle can primer and rattle can flat black .
