I'm finding that once I get to about 100mph I'm topping out, but I've had my car to 120mph before dose anyone know what could cause this. Also Dose the 05 ES have a govenor and if so where is it and how do i disable it?

The wheel weight won't restrict your top speed since the change in weight (if it's even detrimental) is insignificant compared to the total weight of the car (ie. it'll less than 1% of the total weight). Wheel weight becomes an issue in acceleration and handling.
120 mph on a public road is ****ing stupid, I'm seriously contemplating just reporting this thread for deletion.

& i was at 100+++ yesterday
At those speeds, the wheel weight isn't a factor. It's only a problem at relatively low speeds where the car actually has to fight to get them turning. Once you're moving, it's not such a big deal.
