Hey everyone, tonight was a great turn out, and THANK YOU to everyone for leaving and I assume coming in the appropriate manner. There was no parking Lot shannagans!!

Tonight was a nice night, we got to see some faces that haven't been around in a while, and at least two new people... maybe more???

The club is really growing which is Awesome! We are getting concistantly around 20 to 20+ cars at the monthly meet, thats awesome. Everyone Keep active, and if you havnt been around in a while (cough Kelly, Justin ), or if you havnt been out yet (cough Mackie, Zach, Dale...) come out to the monthly meets at least. Its nice to have everyone get together and talk....

Johnny came up to Melissa and said that he wanted to express his gratitude to the whole club and thank us for coming out. He said he really enjoys having us and enjoys seeing the cars. He also recognized that people have been coming in between the meets and want to say thank you for that also.

I know it might NOT be the PERFECT location for everyone but its nice (at least I think so) to be going some place that appreciates and welcome us, and takes the time to come by and say thank you.......

So anyway thanks everyone for a nice meet.

The 26th is ECR - get signed up asap if you want to go, the longer you wait the more money it will cost

We ARE going to have a fall BBQ at Joshes 666_evo's house some time in october, more details to come

Cruises are fun and if you want go, or plan some, post up people are willing to help organize those. The weather is getting nice, side from the rain, but temperature wise..... good windows down cruising time...

I'm going to talk with kevin and richard about setting a side some prep time so people can bleed their brakes etc before track day.. I don't know how realistic this is, normally it wouldnt be a problem, but I think right now there are 9 cars at the shop several needing motors, and we are franticly trying to get the EVOdynamics Time Trial car up and running to do its first shake down at ECR........

Definately need to nail down the picnic date. I believe in offline discussions, I know the date of 10/10 was being thrown around. Is that around the time we are looking at?

We renewed the Sams card so I can start purchasing the hamburgers and hotdogs (if thats what we are still having).

 

Looks like 10/24 will be the date. I have to go out of town for work on the 10th. Would be very fun haveing a BBQ at my house and cant make it. Will post more up tomorrow. I just have to make sure I can set that date off form work tomorrow.

 

Was going to make it, got hung up at Evo Dynamics. Was there with Planoevo and Kevin was putting a boost controller together for him. Stuck around and helped move some cars around and before we knew it it was already like 8:45.

So technically there were two Evo meets going on at the same time.

 

haha the second evo meet had 11 evos or maybe it was 12... yeah it was 12

That was definetly a good meet and I like the spot. I come out from southwest Fort Worth and its not that bad of a drive. Next time lets park in the middle and see if we can take it over. We could get some good pics there. I think that is a normal night at Evolution Dynamics though .
