If you want to go FAST in a straight line, then there are a LOT better cars that can be made cheaper and more reliably to do it than an evo. Between the small displacement, weight, and poor aerodynamics you've got a deck stacked against you vs. something like an FBody or a swapped 240z.
but but i like having my a/c and p/s =)..i think any v8 with work sounds good.

Didn't know we were talking about all out drag cars. Be more specific next time. I was talkin about streetable/track cars.

And actually if you wanna talk about drag cars. I have buddy who works for one of are stores. He has a 6-7sec drag car. Try $60k into just the motor alone. So IIRC something about RWD being cheaper. Dunno were the cheaper came from. Lol

But again I'm talkin about streetable/track cars.. :-p

the steering wheel is jacked up too. There's no pictures of the engine bay, but this dealer is not a good one. I'd be very wary of buying anything from there.

You'd be better off with Tommy's car.

(Buy it before I do... And end up sleeping in it because I'm kicked out of the house.)

Yeah i have went and looked at it. Brakes are worn, theres a few paint chips and little dents. The steering wheel is worn but the engine bay doesnt looked messed with from what i could tell. All stock. Not even an aftermarket intake.

Yeah makes since but i need to get a loan first. That isnt the easiest thing right now.

If i did end up going with this one im was gunna have Kevin look at it first before i make it final and do a compression check on it myself.

Hey give tommy my new number..
