Pre and Post alignment
too much autocross and track makes my alignment drift a lot (curbing, etc.). Plus I was setting the camber up and toe out at the track for a while there and was inconsistent with getting it back (even with the help of toe plates).
Use Rob at Park/Ohio (he's really their only alignment tech).
They don't know how to do the switch, I recommend doing it yourself before you go. It's not difficult.
They *can* do the switch for you but the easier you make it for them the better off you are
.
Also come in with the specs you want (ie. ~-2* camber up front, -1.2* rear, 0* toe all around) in writing so they can give it to the tech and you'll be better off... no need for him to follow the stock specs
