Pre and Post alignment

My right front inner tires has more tire wear. It drives straight not leaning left or right. But after alignment I noticed it drives more neutral while cornering.

I noticed other guys has more negative camber even with the factory specs, can I ask them to adjust more negative on my left camber ?

T.Y

All they did was the toe. 15 minutes worth of work. I would ask for more camber especially in the front.

In order to get more camber up front you're going to have to flip the top bolt on the strut so that the dot of paint on the bolt is away from the strut body. You have to remove the nut, pull the bolt out a bit and then flip it. It has a lobe on it.

That will get you ~2.0* of camber. They might have to loosen that bolt in order to rock it a bit in order to get the camber to be even. Since that spec and technique is out of spec you'll need to tell them what to do when you get there (otherwise they are going to try and get it to the specification).

Then you'll need the toe redone (i.e. realign, hope you bought a lifetime ).

Your toe up front was way out, that's what ate your tire. Your toe in back was pretty bad too.

Do you think it could just be from improper inflation on that tire that caused the extra wear??

Take 5 seconds and read this stickied thread: https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/ev...fications.html

Then come back and see if your picture looks like the right thing (hint: it's not).

His name was Robert and yes you can go to any Firestone, just bring your paperwork with you. Tell them that the guy with the red Evo sent you because Robert does a good job

Also, even though your suspension is stock, going to -2* camber makes a pretty big difference in the ability to take corners. The X is a heavy pig of a car with lots of weight on the front suspension.

Rather than trying to get a decent alignment out of these chain shops you should just go to a performance shop and get a custom alignment to your exact spec.

the firestone at park and ohio (where I sent OP but he went to another one) has one guy on staff that's pretty good and lets me align to whatever spec I want.

Sure Cobb can do a great alignment, but at $100-150 each it's a pretty steep price to pay (considering I aligned easily 10 times year).

Why do you align so often? Trying out small changes?
