Potential Second Location for MAP...NTEC Style ;)
I think moving to austin would be the best bet , u dont have to worry about snow like north texas tends to get , dont have to worry about hurricanes like Houston has to and Austin for the most part is centrailized.
Historical Weather
It's been exceptionally warm here in Dallas at this point of the year. It's Halloween and we're looking at a high temp. in the 80's today. That said, we did hit a record in daily snow level record last winter of 12.5" within 24 hours.
I found a 30-year historical climatology report from the U.S. Department of Commerce for each of the 4 cities you're considering. Reports are somewhat dated, covering 1971 - 2000, but they've got monthly min, max, and average temperature, precipitation and snow levels, and even number of days of growing/cooling temps. I hope it helps you guys better understand the climate you're heading into

I think it is a nice try, seeing that this was posted in the NTEC section of course the Dallas area will get the most votes. Who wouldn't want a well know shop like MAP to come to their area.
This should of been posted in the South region, I posted a link to it but I guess nobody is really giving their input.

No jealousy, its the truth, thats like them asking us if we want them to move to Texas or new Hampshire. All of us would pick Texas and you know it.
Maybe just a little superman, either way you and Jordan can start packing your bags now and get your a**es over here ASAP.

I THINK San Antonio has 2 AWD dynos and one is in a Mustang shop... But that's just what I heard the other day. As mentioned earlier, SA would bring in cars from the border towns and Mexico. They already come for JMS. Plus you can use my car for R&D haha.
