I would say Austin since its the center of all the major cities. Dallas area is too far for some people like me with it being 6 hours away and the same for other cities like SA and Houston. With Austin you will have a larger outreach to more customers.

I take it you have never left the Dallas area, you really have to be kidding me with a statement like this. Take a ride one day and find out.

My vote is Austin. Protech is a bunch of scam artists and the other AWD dyno is a hike. You see alot of people going up to Dallas for dyno tuning, service, etc.

I bet Dallas people would be willing to drive to Austin if MAP was there, PLUS they'd also get Austin, San Antonio, and Houston too. Sorry, but it doesn't make sense to alienate one or more potential markets to have better market share of just one. And lets be honest, just because the Evo scene is more than likely best in Dallas does not mean that it's the best place for MAP, since as they've already stated, they do sell products/parts for more than just Evo's. Locating their business in Central Texas makes by far and away the most sense, assuming the folks in the North and Southeast parts of the states are as willing to make the few hour drive to their shop.....which I would bet they would be.

I have been all over. Houston , San Antonio, austin, all places I have visited. But, do y'all have a car meet every night of the week? What about a weekly ricekiller sanctioned and sponsored meet with 300+ cars(over 600 sometimes) EVERY MONDAY? What about cars & coffee that brings out classics to rarest exotics around down to regular muscl cars and imports? I dont think I have ever been to a sponsored and sanctioned CAR MEET anywhere else but Dallas. Kinda hard to top that

Plus we got like 3 drag strips within an hour from Dallas
