I emailed George at Apex to find out about early enrollment and he said the June 18th event should be posted on the site soon so we can all sign up. He's going to email me as soon as they are ready to start registering people. I'll post as I get more info.

The June NASA event in Hallett is the weekend before, so you might want to consider getting over to EvoD for your inspection before June 10th, or during the week before the event.

I think I may have to bail on this. Money is getting tight with the new baby so I'm probably going to put what little money I have into autox seat time this year.

That is understandable. That is the main reason I am not getting much track time this year. The fees for one Apex event pays for my entire years worth of autox running 3 events per month. Granted that is only 15 minutes of seat time per month, but still you are learning way more about the limits of your skills and your car in that short amount of time, while at the same time not consuming much more that a little tire rubber and gas.

I think I'm going to go to this again. Is anyone still interested?? The wife wanted to get me a present so it's either Apex driving school, or I thought about rear sway. Not sure how much the rear sway will help in autox.

If you haven't been to Apex, I would say go do that. You can always 'claim' you broke your rear sway and replace that a little later.

Nevermind I don't have the tires for it. The sets I have I need to last the rest of the year for autox. Maybe I will do the rear sway.

rear sway is worthless really. The front makes far more difference.

The car is fantastic the way it is. Just drive it and enjoy the R&D mitsu has already invested in it. After some seat time, your driving skills and preferences may lead you to make some changes that you will have the skills to enjoy at that time.

I agree with Kelly 100%. These are amazing cars stock. Go out to Apex and take care of the driver mod before throwing $$$ at the car; you won't be disappointed
