If its not deep scratch, you can try buff it out. You can swap the cover with others, but idk how much used one go for over there. Why not buy it and sell what you have? Im sure someone will buy it.

Being a really young guy starting in Semicon I could never understand old people's patience. 10 years later I have my daughter and I totally get it now.

I think kids only make you want to blast your own brains out once they start puberty and start thinking they need to be cool and start smoking weed and crap. At least that's what I see from the guys at work. I know I put my folks through hell.

Exactly. My good friend from elementary school got two lungs and a liver from a motorcycle rider.

Knew a guy who lost his right arm and leg in a crash on bush. He was really funny and cool about it - wore a shirt that says "the hospital bill cost me an arm and a leg".

My friend who lost his leg in the wreck has a shirt that says "three legged race champion", and his wife has one reading "i'm only in it for the parking".

So at least some humor can come of motorcycles.

Lmao @ at all the comments that was actually pretty funny (not being sarcastic, actually did make me laugh).

Tom you are right on the insurance however, it is still cheaper than my evo's insurance. 1800 for a year vs 1600 every 6 months

It's mostly about replacement cost. 7k versus 40k. Also about the amount of damage you can inflict. Not as much on a bike compared to a car. And all auto carriers are limited to 10k max for medical. Most have 5. And that won't even pay for Careflight.
