I play guitar bass and drums. I used to play in local bands but have pretty much sold off all my stuff. I have a couple of guitars and amps left but I rarely get to sit down and play anymore. Every once in a while a few of my buddies will come over and we'll jam in the garage over a brewskies. Actually a lot of brewskies.

Guitar wise I have a old Korean Strat I am rebuilding, I have a LTD Viper with EMGs that I play through a Peavey Vypyr 75, and a Washburn acoustic/electric for those nights out by the campfire.

Bass wise I sold my Warwick Corvette and Ampeg stack so now I am left with a neck-thru LTD 4 string.

Sold all my drums years ago. Sold all my big guitar amps as well. At one point I had a complete recording studio in my house but sold all of that as well.

Right now I'm working with Garage Band and Reason to work on my own stuff. I'm really thinking about a electric drum kit I can run through midi so I'm not pissing off the neighbors. Using a drum machine sequencer just never felt right lol.

Sounds like you're a golfer buying a $1000 set of clubs so you can shoot 130 instead of 140.

forgot to get gas yesterday so I'm back on 93 for the first time since the car was finished. I miss the corn. Corn is good in my belly and good in my gas tank.

I want nachos now thinking about corn chips.

^It's good to run a tank of 93 every now and then if you're planning on staying on E85 most of the time.

...and so says the guy who sells ethanol

The problem isn't the ethanol itself, it's the gasoline the blenders use to make it into E85.

I ran E85 for about 6 months straight, and then ran a half tank of 93. I pulled my injectors just to check for gunk and they were sparkling clean. I'm not saying it was due to the 93, but they were clean for whatever reason. Made me happy.

De-tune done, tint done. Just gotta get my front plate thingy mounted and the car will be Hawaii legal! Doing my tires Saturday and then oil change right before it ships. Whew. Getting close!

Calvin at Cobb did a great tune, as always, but the car kind of feels neutered right now. The detune didn't change that much, but the butt dyno sure feels the difference. Oh well, couple more mods in Hawaii and it'll be back to "normal."

Moonshadow Tint in Dallas did an amazing job! Super inexpensive and quality work. They did my Genny coupe 2 years ago as well.

I'll take some pics once the new tires are on and she's had a bath.

$249 to do all 5 windows (that includes $100 to pull the old tint). So I imagine it'd be way cheaper to just get 2 windows done.

Normally I'd be leery of such a great deal, but they've done a previous car for me and it was top notch work.
