In that case, if I didn't just get a new plate already this week, and were a Star Trek fan, I'd order up:

YEP! I tried getting "WARP IX" but no blue plates allow 6 characters and a space. Pisses me off.

Yeah I got that reference. I just didn't want to ruin it for anyone else...but you've just done that so it's ok to post about it now, lol!

Light blue? Swift Spec-R
Dark blue? Maybe Cobb...if they made VIII springs.

If you can find no printing on them though, that makes me think they're the blue eBay springs. Swift prints their logo and part number on all springs, and I would imagine Cobb does too.

I thought ebay springs as well. Dark blue no printing on them. Either way they were coming off but I'd like to figure out what they are to sell them if they were something worth selling. Ebay springs can go in the trash.

Espelir maybe? Espelir makes relatively high quality springs. I had some on my s2000 (called the "ASD" like Active Super Down or something JDM like that) and they were awesome. I think you would like them if they were Espelir's though...I'm certain the logo would be on them.

FYI, I've experimented with and heavily researched 8/9 springs and have determined that Swift Spec-R's are the best. They're light blue/greyish. I have them with 9 MR Bilsteins and I absolutely love the setup for the cost. Plus you'll lose less points in NASA and can even run STU in autocross.

MR's are a little softer than the HD's, but not by much...yet they're an OEM piece, which will probably help you out in classing. Something to think about. Plus, they're getting older and are really affordable/readily available. SpecR's + Bilstein = awesome ride quality too. Honestly, better than OEM KYB's/springs.

Plus, you could have the OEM Bilsteins rebuilt to HD-spec if that's what you really wanted.

Bilstein hd aren't oem so your going to pay the same points for those as you would for all out coilovers. Unless you race in the new tt3 or tt2 class. Then it doesn't matter

you just need a battery? you can buy those...

i ordered a 2 pack of higher capacity wasabi batteries and charger for my hd hero2. from ebay. $20 and they work great and run time is a bit longer than the stock battery.
