I have never had it on the car. It is used but not by me. I would think it could help in cutting down some noise or resonance in some exhaust's. Shoot me an offer see if we can connect

2 hours and i have the A/C gone. I havn't removed the pump yet because it looks to be a PIA to change the belt out. Oh and boy i barely got the condenser with the drill, i just hit it exactly right. Also I did get the whole radiator out and bolts loosened on the manifold, i just didn't have the proper 20mm wrench for the o2 sensor so i'll leave that for when ever i get the gasket i need for installing the turbo setup. I'm suprise at just how small the stock 8 turbo is compared to the 9. .

Also, wait till you guys see the beauty of the full race manifold. Just from looking at the new setup vs. the old stock setup, i'm in for a treat since i was pretty happy with that.

On a side note. Once again i recommend silicone on your intercooler pipes to stop any small leaks. It was kinda a ***** to get them off but, they for sure where sealed up well.

I got pulled over for having tint on my front widows. South Park local (where I live). I have 5 days to remove the tint. I'm more annoyed than anything.

Also, wanted to get people's thoughts on a balance shaft eliminator. Good idea?

That sucks dude. What was your tint percentage? Nothing worse than we-got-nothing-to-do-but-f***-with-you municipality cops. I think South Park cops are almost as bad as Bethel Park cops.

south park cops are pretty much facist *** holes. i've met more of them than i would care to think about. you could always fight the ticket, you do have the right to contest it.

BSR doesn't seem to be a very common thing among evo owners. one of my friends a sentra se-r spec-v, and for those guys BSR is like the second thing that you do. why do you want to take it out, it's not that much of a gain is it?

Yeah you can get pretty big gains depending on your setup. Rotational weight is rotational weight. This is also like the 2nd thing that dsm owners do. I've done it and I'd recommend it.

I'm not sure. It was tint that was on the car when I get it. It's actually peeling on the passenger side, so i don't care about that. I like the driver's side for trips from Harrisburg to here, but my sunglasses are enough. Just annoying.

That is actually why I asked. A coworker has a DSM and asked if I had done the BS eliminator, so I figured I would ask guys on here what they thought. Thanks.

Increased Noise Vibration and Harshness are the typical drawbacks. Results seem to may vary as to how much. I thought about when I put the cams in and decided not to do it.

hmmm. i don't know if i would see the benefit of doing it then, unless we are talking about a good increase in horsepower or response.
