My guess is that it would be able to produce 520hp with the supporting mods. Meaning this turbo has the power and can produce the boost to make 500hp. It doesnt mean slap it on and at the same boost level POOF you have 500 hp.

there are some nice roads to cruise out in the north hills. unfortunately winter has left alot of them pretty roughed up.
