I don't know if anyone else brought this up before, but I am going to be in need of a tune pretty soon. I don't really want to do the in the mail flash, so I'd like to see if anyone else would be interested in getting Al out here sometime this spring/summer. I think we need like at least 4-5 people. Just a thought.

 

By the way, if anyone wants to buy an Optima Redtop brand-new never used (won't fit the Evo), let me know and I'll bring it to the meet. It's collecting dust in the basement, so I really want to get rid of it. I have pics if interested

 

Game, i feel you on the tune... Bring it up at the meet on the 21st, i am sure we can get a good bit. i plan on getting my cams, ebc, and stuff right around the meet, so i will attempt to tune as much as i can with an safcII and boost controller, but idk how good i will be so i will PROBABLY be up for that idea of a tune.

I could bs on here all day long... In fact when I'm not playing with my evo, I am bs ing on here all day long. Sad to say it but that's really all I do besides work. Oh would someone like to comment on how they compensate for boost spikes in our wonderful "heater on in the morning, a/c on in the eveving" PA weather. This morning I spiked to 21 (about 30-40 degrees temp) Then in the evening I only spiked to 19 max (70-80 degrees) I hate doing pull after pull and poping the hood and adjusting the MBC and pulling and pulling. Any suggestions?

Oh and steve, I just bought an exhaust manifold off ebay and was thinking of running that on my car till I send my existing one to buschur to be ported and jet coated. Any idea on who would be able to weld an egt fitting on it in the pittsburgh area? I would do it myself, but it's pretty much a one shot chance and I find a way to mess up something everytime.
